Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SaveNowX (“the service”), a tool that lets you download the video from a public post on X (formerly Twitter). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree to them, don’t use the service.

What the service does

You give SaveNowX a link to a public X post. The service looks up the video attached to that post and lets you download it directly to your device. SaveNowX doesn’t create an account for you, doesn’t store the video anywhere on its servers, and doesn’t modify the video in any way.

Your responsibility for what you download

You may only use SaveNowX to download videos that you have the right to download — for example, your own posts, or posts where the rights holder has given you permission to save a copy. By entering a link, you’re representing to us that you have that right. SaveNowX has no way of verifying this and relies entirely on your representation.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use SaveNowX to:

• Scrape, resolve, or download videos at scale (in bulk, by script, or through any automated process not intended for a single person’s individual use);
• Redistribute, republish, or re-upload downloaded videos in a way that infringes the original creator’s rights;
• Sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit videos downloaded through the service; or
• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the rate limits or other technical protections put in place around the service.

No affiliation

SaveNowX is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. “X” and “Twitter” are trademarks of their respective owners.

Service provided “as is”

SaveNowX depends on the internal structure of a third-party platform that can change at any time without notice, which can break the service without warning. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continued availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaveNowX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and isn’t liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, and may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
